MONCTON, NB, CANADA – A Moncton, New Brunswick, court condemned a nudist to 45 days in jail. Marc Langlais, a Quebec resident who owns tourist properties in Cap Pele, a coastal town in the neighboring province, was also barred for two years from entering any of the three beaches in the area where he had repeatedly been nude. Most recently he had defied a standing court order that he refrain from being nude in public in the province, where, unlike Quebec, it’s a crime.
