For our second installment of a series pointing-out nudist venues where you can make an easy stop on a road trip, we present Sunnier Palms, located in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Sunnier Palms is a naturist club just off Interstate 95 (exit 129) and the Florida Turnpike (exit 152), going west on Okeechobee Road (Highway 70). As such, it’s an easy stop on the way south to Miami or north to Orlando. It’s a clothes-free rustic club with all the expected amenities, including whirlpool and swimming pool, but no restaurant.
What’s special about it is its tranquility and its 12 acre wildlife preserve crisscrossed by trails. This author found that the trails were closed during a very brief visit recently, apparently in reaction to visitors smoking in the tinder-dry forest. Hopefully they’ll re-open them in time for your visit.
Sunnier Palms welcomes everybody including singles.
