Spanish President José Luís Rodríguez Zapatero, he of the socialist PSOE party, has purchased a 440 thousand Euro summer home located in Vera, Almeria. The house was purchased in his wife’s name, Sonsoles Espinosa, and is in a coastal area famous for its important naturist population. The Spanish press have been wagging their tongues wondering aloud if Luís and Sonsoles will take part in the naturist lifestyle so common in that country.
